A healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy mind and a healthy body. Yusha Neuman has competed as a surfer and has also assisted numerous athletes as a physical therapist to return to their game. ​Yusha is also a licensed lifeguard for the city of Malibu and Santa Monica.

Yusha is fellowship trained by the Gray Institute and is also a certified yoga instructor. Surf Tree Fitness partners with local surf clubs to assist members to perform at their peak.
